01:What steps should I follow to set up the connection between the dash cam and my phone?
Download the "Vidure" app, turn on the dash cam's Wi-Fi, and connect your phone.Our Instruction Manual provides detailed instructions for each step.
02:Do l need to purchase a separate wired kit to use the parking monitor feature?
If you want to enable the 24-hour parking function, the Acc Hardwire Kit can solve this problem. Our dashcam does not come with the Acc Hardwire Kit.( If you need it, please contact our after-sales department to get it.)
03:Do I need to buy a memory card separately? What is the maximum memory card capacity supported by this dashcam?
Our dashcam comes with a 32GB memory card as standard and supports up to 256GB memory cards.
04:Why do videos recorded by the interior camera sometimes turn black and white?
The interior camera has 4 infrared lights that automatically activate infrared mode in low-light or dark environments to ensure that the recorded black and white videos are clear and better capture details such as human faces.
05:What if the product accessories are missing or the product is incompatible?
